Examination Policy

Exams and tests at SIBBC&S serve to assess the student's cognitive competency in the areas of their studies, ensuring their academic integrity while promoting spiritual and theological growth and preparing them for ministry by developing their ability to handle real-life situations with biblical wisdom. It is required of every student to comply with the following regulations for the exams/tests in the exam hall.

Do's

  • Punctuality — Students must show up 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled exam time.
  • Hall Ticket — Students must carry their exam Hall Ticket with them.
  • Silence — Strict silence must be maintained in the exam hall. No talking, signaling, or disturbing others is allowed.
  • Answer Sheet — Students must write their names, roll numbers, and other required details clearly on the answer sheet.
  • Numbering — Students must neatly follow the numbering pattern in the question paper.
  • Leaving the Hall — Students must remain seated in the exam hall within the first 60 minutes.

Don'ts

  • Materials — Students are allowed to take only authorized materials like pens (fountain, ball, jot), scale, eraser, or remover liquid, unmarked Bible (only if the concerned Faculty permits), and an unmarked writing board. Pouches, books, notes, smartwatches, smartphones, and iPads are not allowed to be carried inside the exam hall.

Cheating

Any form of cheating, copying, or seeking help from other students is strictly forbidden.

Clues

The exam questions are self-explanatory and, therefore, no student is allowed to ask the invigilators for any type of clues.

Discipline's Disqualification

Violation of the above regulations may lead to disqualification from the exam and further disciplinary action.
