Out-Pass Policy
1. Each student is permitted to avail themselves of an out-pass twice a month, allowing for outings on two Saturdays, for activities such as shopping and personal errands. Exceptions may be made for sickness and emergencies, subject to individual assessment.

A student who, for some reason(s), plans to discontinue must follow the following policies.
Student Discipline
At SIBBC&S, disciplinary measures are viewed as "redemptive" rather than "punitive". Consequently, a clear distinction exists between counselling and disciplinary actions. As members of the body of Christ, we recognize the importance of providing support and guidance to one another during life's challenges and relational difficulties. The Dean of Students' office is readily available to assist students with dormitory issues, relationship challenges, or any other personal concerns they may wish to discuss for prayer and advice. Students are strongly encouraged to engage with their Care-Father regarding life's uncertainties, and our faculty members are equally committed to assisting in any way possible. This ensures that our students have a nurturing and supportive environment in which to address the various issues and problems encountered in life.
Cell Phone Policy
Students are allowed to use cell phones for certain concerns:
Cloakroom
1. The cloakroom is made available for returning students who want to store their boxes and luggage during the summer vacation.

Suspended Students
Any student who is under suspension for a disciplinary purpose(s) is eligible to return to continue his/her studies. Such students must comply with the following policies.
Policy Concerning Opposite Gender
SIBBC&S is not a matchmaking place for marriage. However, if any student and/or teacher is convinced of God's guidance and is interested in someone (no same sex) for marriage, it should only be done through the acknowledgment of the following authorities and guidelines.
Off-Campus Travel & Relationships
Unmarried students engaged in romantic relationships are prohibited from traveling together off-campus or on overnight trips unless accompanied by a minimum of two or more other students who are not themselves involved in a romantic relationship, and with the explicit permission of the Dean of Students. This rule extends to Winter and Summer breaks for students who have yet to complete their studies at South India Baptist Bible College and Seminary. Failure to comply with this rule may result in suspension or even dismissal from the College.
