Student Out-Pass Policy

  1. Each student is permitted to avail themselves of an out-pass twice a month, allowing for outings on two Saturdays, for activities such as shopping and personal errands. Exceptions may be made for sickness and emergencies, subject to individual assessment.
  2. Students are required to obtain an out-pass on specific days assigned by their respective dorm supervisor or matron.
  3. Boys' outing days are scheduled for the first and third Saturdays of each month.
  4. Girls' outing days are scheduled for the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
  5. The designated timing for outings for both boys and girls is from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  6. Prior permission is necessary for student visits to the residences of faculty or staff members.

For the out-pass, approach the following in order:

  1. Diploma — Mr. Ramsem Zimik
  2. B.Th. I & II — Mr. Aldrin
  3. B.Th. III — Mr. TD Sundayson
  4. M.Div. — Mr. Th. Zenus
  5. M.Th. — Prof. Golal Vaiphei
  6. Female students should obtain an out-pass from Mrs. Feba Eldo (Matron).
